AI agents and multi-agent systems for business workflows

We develop simple and complex AI agents around real business tasks. Our specialisation is multi-agent systems, where agents with distinct roles coordinate work and pass results between steps.

Start with the task

An agent can interpret a request, retrieve information from approved sources and perform a permitted next step. Before development, we define the input, expected output and tools involved. A straightforward transfer of structured data may only need a conventional integration; adding an agent is a decision about the task, rather than a requirement for every workflow.

When several agents help

In a multi-agent system, different agents handle different responsibilities. For example, one could extract information from a document, another check it against defined rules and a further component prepare a record for the target application. This is an illustrative design. We test the handoffs, incomplete inputs and failed steps before relying on the process.

Tools and autonomy

We review the available APIs, licences and access rights in the existing systems. Each agent needs an agreed scope of actions. A system may prepare a draft while a person approves a consequential action. The actual controls must be supported by the connected application; an instruction in a prompt does not remove permissions from an account.

How we check the result

We agree test cases with the person responsible for the process. These include correct inputs, missing information, duplicate requests and actions the system should reject. We review output accuracy, manual corrections, review time and operating costs. Additional autonomy is considered against these results and the needs of the team.
