We build custom SaaS products and business applications, and adapt legacy internal platforms to your team. The interface, backend, data and integrations are designed around the process.
Review the existing platform
We start with the work people need to complete, where information is entered twice and where the current system makes progress hard to see. We review available source code, data access and interfaces. The outcome may be a targeted improvement, an integration or a new component. Replacing the entire system is a separate decision that needs a practical reason.
From interface to backend
The interface gives people a view of the information and actions relevant to their role. Backend services apply business rules, while the database keeps the state of the work. We define how records move through the process, how errors are handled and who can approve changes. Hosting, support and future development are agreed within the project.
Custom SaaS products
A SaaS product is used as a hosted application. If the intention is to offer the product to other businesses, the design needs to consider user accounts, roles, separation of business data and ongoing operation. These are scoping decisions, rather than a list of features assumed to exist in every current AIS product.
Evidence and verification
The published VLDR case describes processing 380 export rows for 314 vehicles and generating reports and cards. Our broader vehicle inspection product is described as development work. For new projects, we agree acceptance criteria and test complete and incomplete inputs, output documents, permissions and error handling before wider use.
